Who We Are

Jenefa Jabbar Consultancy is a principal-led advisory firm specialising in workplace culture transformation, safeguarding, compliance, and executive advisory. Founded by Jenefa Jabbar, Barrister-at-Law, we bring together a team of senior professionals with deep expertise across investigations, legal practice, training, mental health, and organisational development.

We work with boards, HR leaders, executive teams, UN agencies, NGOs, and multinational corporations to navigate complex culture and compliance challenges. Our approach combines strong systems with self-aware leadership, ensuring organisations move beyond reactive compliance to create accountable, high-trust workplace cultures.
