Jemma Jaheed is a compassionate and analytically driven clinical psychology and mental health professional with experience in evidence-based interventions, clinical assessments, and applied public health research.

Currently serving as Primary Mental Health Practitioner at Mind (Cardiff), Jemma conducts comprehensive, person-centred mental health assessments and delivers early interventions using evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

She brings professional integrity, flexibility, and strong grounding in safeguarding and trauma-informed care, committed to ethical practice, inclusive service delivery, and evidence-based support.

Her research background includes work with Swansea University's Faculty of Medicine on public health research, and contributions to Royal Society of Psychologists Covid-19 systematic evidence reviews.
