Sammohan Mojumder is a senior investigations professional with over 17 years of specialised experience in workplace misconduct, safeguarding, and integrity investigations within large institutional and humanitarian environments.

Having completed more than 350 complex investigations covering financial irregularities, procedural breaches, and Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH), he brings deep operational credibility and ethical judgment to high-risk cases.

A former Deputy Manager, Investigation at BRAC, Sammohan applies CHS Alliance-aligned investigation methodologies, integrating survivor-centred, trauma-informed, and due-process-based approaches into every stage of case management.

His work supports organisations to strengthen complaints handling systems, safeguarding frameworks, and accountability mechanisms in line with donor, regulatory, and international best practice.
