With thirty-six years of experience in Training and Development, Organisational Development, Change Management, Strategic Planning, and Participatory Approaches in national and international organisations in Bangladesh, Shihab Uddin Ahmed has earned skill and competence in training and management across various fields.

Shihab has facilitated the process of capacity building of partner NGOs in Training of Trainers (TOT), Mainstreaming Gender and Gender Analysis, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Conflict Resolution & Workplace Mediation, Behaviour & Professional Etiquette in Workplace, and various aspects of managing and coordinating administration.

He has worked in International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease and Research, Bangladesh (ICDDR,B) in various capacities, putting him in an authoritative position in training, HR, management and safeguarding.
